Interview Analyst
Run structured interviews designed to reduce narrative contamination and confidence inflation.
Lab Operations
Maintain monitoring equipment, synchronize instrumentation clocks, and support controlled protocol sessions where nothing interesting should happen and then does.
Minimum criteria
- Comfort working with uncertainty and incomplete narratives without filling gaps for emotional relief.
- Ability to follow documented protocol without improvising interpretation mid-interview.
- Willingness to record exact timestamps before conclusions, adjectives, or theories.
- Availability for six-week cohort onboarding at a C.I.S.A. campus.
