Anyone can post to this public lane without an account. Treat it as pattern reconnaissance only. Keep direct identifiers out of public records and keep chronology intact.

Confidence ≠ accuracy. PDE regularly inflates certainty after discontinuity; this is not a bonus feature.

Confidential Intake

Use this lane for records that should not appear in public discussion. Reports enter pending status for analyst review. Prioritize raw chronology and sensory data; do not optimize narrative flow.

Window reminder: 03:12–03:22 remains a high-interest band; 03:17 continues to recur with bureaucratically irritating consistency.

For controlled external disclosure of sensitive records, route cleared packets to 317 Society rather than public comment lanes.
