This endpoint supports restricted collaboration channels for approved observers. Public archive browsing remains open; account access unlocks analyst memos, full incident packets, and controlled discussion threads. External restricted releases are issued through the 317 Society circulation desk.
Request restricted account access
Access requests are reviewed against intake quality and verification history. Approval is selective and capacity-limited.
